Looking for a convenient way to select your desired files and then just cut,copy,paste them.
One easiest way is hold Ctrl / Shift button on your keyword and then keeps clicking on files you want to select from your mouse.
Mostly people know this method but there is one more way you can perform this task with more ease.
Today in this short and helpful tutorial I will tell you How to enable windows 7 hidden check box feature.
This feature is unknown to many windows 7 users but now no more
Follow the below steps to enable this feature
and
make your windows 7 experience Happy
1- Click on windows Start menu icon and write “Folder Option” in “Search programs and files” field and hit Enter
OR
Simply go to Folder options in Control Panel.
Even if you only type 'folder' in search field it will fullfill our requirement See the below image
2- See the below pic click on View Tab and scroll down until you see this optiom “Use Check Boxes to select items ” just mark it click apply and close the window. You are all done. On hover it will show you Check mark option.

ReplyDeleteJust some of the more unexplored options of windows, I guess. If I were lazy, I’d probably activate this option. However, since I am more of an old-school windows user, I kind of prefer using the old holding the ctrl/shift to select specific or multiple folders or files at the same time. Anyway, it’s actually a neat trick most of us never knew existed. Thanks.
